本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、AIprofit（以下「当サービス」）が提供するすべてのサービスに適用されます。お客様がサービスを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
当サービスはAI業務自動化のコンサルティング・実装・サポートを提供します。提供内容の詳細は各プランの説明および個別契約書に従います。
当サービスは、提供するAI自動化ワークフローの結果について最善を尽くしますが、特定の成果・売上増加・コスト削減を保証するものではありません（30日再実装保証を除く）。
天災・通信障害・第三者サービスの障害等の不可抗力による損害については責任を負いません。
当サービスが制作したワークフロー・コード・ドキュメントの著作権は、納品完了後かつ代金全額受領をもってお客様に帰属します。当サービスのロゴ・デザイン・コンテンツの著作権は当サービスに帰属します。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
海外のお客様については、当事者の合意によりICCの国際仲裁に付することができます。
当サービスは本規約を変更する場合があります。重要な変更はサイト上でお知らせします。変更後も継続してサービスを利用した場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all services provided by AIprofit ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service provides AI workflow automation consulting, implementation, and support. Details are governed by individual plan descriptions and contracts.
The Service makes best efforts but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or cost reductions (except the 30-day re-implementation guarantee). The Service is not liable for losses caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, network failures, or third-party service outages.
Ownership of delivered workflows, code, and documents transfers to the client upon full payment. The Service retains all rights to its brand, design, and marketing content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court (first instance). International clients may elect ICC arbitration by mutual agreement.
The Service may amend these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
